Introduction

HDIL is a renowned name in the real estate industry and wanted to enter the affordable housing segment based on the Pradhanmantri Awaas Yojna. They launched their concept called Budget Homes, with their project The Nest based in Mulund West, which was a RERA compliant project. The project was targeted towards the lower & middle class segments, as well as investors.

Challenges

  • The brand had a dismal reputation.
  • The audience initially confused the project for being an SRA project.
  • The bedrooms of the flat were small in dimension.

Strategy

  • We ran a digital marketing campaign on Facebook and Google, wherein we would derive leads via Facebook lead generation campaign and Facebook call-to- action campaign; the Google campaigns helped to drive traffic onto the website which would result in leads.
  • Our communication strategy was simple and to-the- point, wherein we ensured to create a connect with the target audience by giving them a precise picture of how their investment in Budget Homes would be the perfect choice to live as a happy family.
  • Considering the price point of The Nest, the amenities provided added more value to the project.
  • We used AVs as a medium to give the audience a clearer idea about The Nest.

Result

  • The AVs got over 5k views and lead to numerous site visits.
  • Our communication strategy created engagement amongst the which lead to more site visits
  • Our CTA campaign resulted in leads coming for a site visit on the spot.
  • We got over 1,000 leads.
  • We had 20% conversion rate from leads to walk-ins, resulting in over 200 site visits.
  • We had a 5% conversion from site visits to purchases.
