Job Descriptions

Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for assigned clients
Coordinate internal teams (graphic design, video, etc.) for optimal resource utilization
Manage client's digital presence and campaign execution
Track daily campaign progress and ensure targets are met
Suggest creative strategies based on current trends and competitive analysis
Attend client meetings and understand requirements
Prepare campaign reports, daily work reports, and briefs
Share regular client feedback with the Team Leader
Ensure timely billing and follow-ups for payments

What We're Looking For

1-8 years of experience in Client Servicing
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A mindset to learn, unlearn, experiment, and share knowledge.
