Raymond Realty faced the challenge of leveraging the Raymond legacy to stand out in the saturated MMR real estate market. Enhancing social media visibility and driving follower growth were key priorities while launching a unique project that required impactful communication to capture attention. Meeting sales targets and achieving conversions became difficult, compounded by challenges in effectively conveying the brand’s value propositions and engaging potential buyers amidst fierce competition. A new approach was necessary to resonate with customers and translate interest into actual sales.

Strategy

To raise awareness and enthusiasm, we focused on the brand's century-long history. The campaign began with corporate branding to increase awareness, followed by a teaser phase to generate excitement for impending developments. The messaging was adapted to different audience demographics, stressing Raymond's real estate leadership and the distinct advantages of its properties. The narrative highlighted the contrast between the city's dynamic, fast-paced Westside and the Eastside's unrealized potential, providing a new viewpoint on community life. We contrasted the vibrant Westside with the untapped potential of the East, providing a new perspective on community living. The campaign was implemented across several platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with cinema advertisements and influencer relationships driving further interaction. The last launch phase focused on conversion, leveraging smart content, special offers, and virtual site tours to attract prospective buyers and investors. For Omnichannel Execution, we used a combination of cinema advertisements, digital platforms, site branding, and influencer collaborations (such as Curly Tales and RJ Malishka) to expand the brand's reach. This wide range of platforms enabled us to interact with a larger audience and leave a lasting impact.
